Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce
The expiration of the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce’s lease after six decades prompted a significant opportunity to update their workspace. The new design sought to respect their heritage while creating a modern, flexible work environment. The project included comfortable furnishings, biophilic elements, and adaptable workspaces. This approach aimed to reflect the Chamber’s values and create an inviting, collaborative atmosphere.

The Mailbox
M7 Real Estate’s strategy was to revitalise Birmingham’s iconic Mailbox development as a premium, commercially-led, mixed use scheme. Rhino completed the CAT A and Cat B on a tight programme, transforming it from retail space into a stunning flexible workplace.

CEVA
Rhino created the largest mobile racking installation in the UK, allowing slow-moving lines to be stored away until required, freeing up much needed capacity. A new mezzanine level also provided a huge amount of new space within the existing floor area.
