Its standards provide a framework to deliver projects to a high performing and sustainable standard, support commercial success, and create positive environmental and social impact.
If your project needs to be BREEAM accredited, our in-house BREEAM associates have in-depth understanding of the processes, planning, delivery and risk management.
Located in Solihull, Ecuity were looking to completely refresh the look and feel of their brand to convey a more contemporary atmosphere that better reflected their brand values. They took this opportunity to relocate to central Birmingham, better located for their staff to commute, which in turn would assist in staff attraction and retention.
The floorspace Ecuity acquired is part of an old industrial foundry. Being steeped in rich history, it was a primary concern from the outset to remain respectful of the historical features whilst still creating a contemporary and functional workspace.
Barking Riverside Ltd chose Rhino from a tender process to transform the interior shell of this icon into a post-covid multi-use space. This involved an entrance area with cafe along with flexible, agile spaces elsewhere.
The building is rated BREEAM excellent, and therefore careful consideration had to be in place when selecting furnishings that would keep the sustainability theme of the space.
