Mondago had outgrown their previous space, and were coming towards the end of the lease. The issues faced in their previous space included lack of brainstorming and relaxation areas; consequently stifling team collaboration or promotion of culture and wellbeing.
On commencing the search for a new home, MondaGo shortlisted a building which had been constructed as 2 separate units. They envisioned it being incorporated into one and remodelled – but required someone who could guide them and execute just what they were after.
Rhino was invited to propose a scheme along with others. MondaGo selected Rhino as they felt they had a deep understanding of what they were after, were within their budget expectations and created a design scheme that aligned with their vision.
Our solution began with removal of the brick dividing wall from the centre of the building to create single open spaces on the two floors. These large spaces were then zoned to create a diverse collection of different areas, suited to flexible working habits and safe collaboration among teams.
