The Details
Teoxane had outgrown their current space and wanted to make sure the move to their new office was a practical workplace solution that offered lots of new, positive elements that their existing space lacked.
They needed the whole team on one floor interacting together, including collaboration and flexible working areas alongside a great break-out space for company ad-hoc gatherings. They knew the biggest challenge was resistance to change, so the move itself was big step! It was important the staff felt the relocation was considered bigger and better and a really positive step forward for everyone.
Teoxane wanted to use a company that would share their vision and be as passionate as they were about their new premises.
Our Solution
By creating a central collaboration area, Teoxane were able to promote inter-team collaboration, encouraging them to bounce ideas off each other and build relationships through great teamwork. The breakout area with its mixture of high and low level seating gave a real multi-functional feel where bacon butty mornings (yum!) could be shared by the whole team.
A spacious boardroom with contemporary furnishings created impact as well as being a great space for large meetings. By using lots of glass, feature lighting, quality fabrics and a muted, tonal colour palette, the end result created a lovely, airy office which has a great flow and space utilisation.
