Spread across multiple floors, the teams at Reall felt disconnected and misaligned. They had plans for expansion but the current office space was far from adequate in facilitating this. Reall made the move and relocated to the heart of the City of Coventry, to support and engender future growth.
Our Solution
Our solution for Reall started with a consultation which explored deep into their growth plans and culture, to construct a workplace design that primarily supported future growth but also reflected the ethos of this amazing charity and inspired its staff.
The new space was actually smaller in floorspace than previously, which required careful planning and smart utilisation of space.
